Installation Paths: Android, iOS, and Web
We offer three routes to access solid188. The Android APK is our dedicated app for phones and tablets running Android 7 or later. The iOS path uses Safari or a browser add-to-home-screen shortcut, since our app does not sit in the Apple App Store. The web version at solid188.id works on any browser and requires no installation—you simply visit and log in. All three paths sync your account in real time, so a deposit on the app appears on the web version immediately, and vice versa.

Android App vs iOS Browser Access
The solid188 Android app installs natively on your device, meaning it runs faster than a mobile website and stores some data offline. Push notifications arrive on your lock screen when a live table opens or your withdrawal completes. The app also caches game assets, so restarting the app is quicker than reloading a web page. Performance is noticeably smoother during peak hours when many users are on the platform.
On iOS, we recommend using Safari and bookmarking solid188 to your home screen. This creates a shortcut that opens solid188 in full-screen mode, mimicking an app experience without requiring App Store approval. You still receive alerts via Safari notifications, though the experience is slightly less integrated than native Android. The web version itself works identically on iOS, so you lose nothing functionally—you gain the convenience of a home-screen tap instead of typing a URL.
Add solid188 to your iPhone home screen
Open Safari, navigate to solid188.id, tap the share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen". This creates a bookmark that launches solid188 in full-screen Safari, eliminating the browser toolbar and giving it an app-like feel.
Device Compatibility and System Requirements
The solid188 Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Most devices released in the last five years meet this threshold. If your Android version is older, you can still access solid188 via the web version on any browser. On iOS, Safari is compatible with iOS 12 and later, which covers all devices from iPhone 5S onward. Tablets—both Android and iPad—run the same solid188 interface as phones, with adjusted layouts for larger screens.
Common Installation Issues and Solutions
The most frequent problem is the "Unknown Sources" setting being disabled. Android blocks APK installation by default for security. To resolve this, open your Settings app, navigate to Apps & Notifications (or Security), and enable "Install from Unknown Sources." Some Android versions hide this under "Developer Options"—swipe into Settings, search for "Developer Options," and toggle it on. After installing solid188, you can disable Unknown Sources again if desired.
Certificate warnings sometimes appear during installation. This is normal for apps distributed outside the Play Store. Android verifies the APK's digital signature to confirm it has not been modified. Our solid188 APK carries a valid signature. If your device displays a certificate error, the download may have been interrupted or corrupted. Delete the incomplete file, reconnect to a stable Wi-Fi network, and download again.
Storage space is rarely an issue, but if installation fails, check that you have at least 100 MB free on your device. Clear your cache in Settings > Apps > Files or similar, then retry the installation. If problems persist, restart your device and download the APK once more.
App Permissions, Data, and Account Security on solid188
The solid188 app requests permissions for storage (to cache games and account data), camera (for live-table feeds), microphone (to hear dealers), and notifications (for table and withdrawal alerts). These permissions are standard for any app that streams live video. We do not use your camera or microphone to record you—only to receive video and audio from our dealers. Data is encrypted in transit between your device and our servers using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Your password is never stored on your device; you enter it each time you log in (unless you enable "Keep me signed in," which stores a secure token).
Account security on solid188 depends on your password strength and whether you enable two-factor authentication during account setup. We recommend a password of at least 12 characters with mixed case, numbers, and symbols. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We monitor accounts for unusual activity and may request re-verification if we detect suspicious withdrawals or logins from new locations.
